Mobile Access
Access Reflex from anywhere.
Reflex provides its clients with the ability to interact with internal personnel and external stakeholders through a variety of web portals, providing access to information in real time and enabling insight into information outside of the organization. Our web portals include:
- Building Manager Portal: access tenant information, work order information, photos, and more.
- Accounts Payable Portal: purchase requisitions and AP invoice submission.
- Employee Portal: access to budgets, actuals, purchase requisitions, and more.
- Owner Portal: access property, tenant, and lease information, as well as all documentation.
Building Manager Portal
With Reflex's Building Manager portal, users can easily access all tenant information, such as lease specifics and documents, work order information, photos or images of the building, unit, or any other type of attachment.
The Building Manager portal also enables onsite managers to enter tenant payments. Users can click on "Auto Load" for the specific building and all tenants on the rent roll automatically get created; if amounts differ from the amount owed, users can override the value. The manager can then print out a listing and deposit slips directly from the portal and submit the batch into Reflex for approval or auto posts.
Accounts Payable Supplier Portal
Reflex’s AP Portal enables all suppliers to submit invoices electronically. All Reflex portals can be client branded for colors, logos, and workflow.
Suppliers can be linked to various portal functions, allowing Reflex clients to define various rules and workflows. With real-time chat and historical tracking, all stakeholders, whether internal or external, can see the progress of their invoices.
Employee Portal
Reflex’s Employee Portal allows your staff to review work schedules, request vacation time, view all historical payments and deductions, and many other functions. Depending on the role of the employee, additional functions are accessible, such as the ability to update rosters and shifts and view any conflicts of resources.
