Giving back for the holidays with Edmonton’s Singing Christmas Tree

Over the past 45 years, the Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree—an annual celebration of music, the holidays, and charity involvement—has evolved into a symbol of hope, support, dedication, celebration, and imagination. Not only does the show celebrate the festive season with music and performance, it also works to raise funds (through donations and sponsorships) to give back to people in need throughout Edmonton—because there’s no better time to support our city’s community than during the holidays.
As a Youth ticket sponsor for the 2015 Singing Christmas Tree, Reflex Enterprise Solutions Group helped provide approximately 500 tickets to a number of children and their families from the Edmonton Public School Board and Boys and Girls Club of Edmonton–this allowed them to go to a performance of the Singing Christmas Tree over the Christmas holidays. Many of these families wouldn’t normally be able to attend the show, so we’re very happy they were able to enjoy a festive musical performance this holiday season.
Below is a selection of signatures from children and families who attended the Singing Christmas Tree show on behalf of our sponsorship. We look forward to sponsoring the event next year!
The Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree is an annual event that features a 35-foot tree filled with a choir of 150 talented singers. The singers are accompanied by a live orchestra and the performance takes place in the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. All of the net proceeds from the show go through the Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree Foundation to help local charities, organizations, and children in need.
