Reflex is currently looking for a superstar Sales Associate for the Edmonton office who will assist in selling Reflex ERP Software. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing outbound leads, lead generation, managing the lead database, and making the first point of contact with potential clients. This role offers the candidate the chance to grow with the company and to foster a progressive sales career. This role will be a client-facing position and the selected candidate will drive business development in various sectors, deliver software demonstrations, and maintain constant communication with potential and current clients.

The Sales Associate will be under the direct supervision of Reflex’s Director of Sales and Marketing.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales and marketing to meet or exceed revenue targets;
  • Inbound and outbound telephone activity;
  • Development and management of a lead generation database using Reflex’s CRM system;
  • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of Reflex’s products and services;
  • Learn how to give demonstrations of the software to potential clients;
  • Develop and foster long-term relationships with potential clients;
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics on open leads and can demonstrate improvement in the sales process;
  • Representing Reflex Enterprise Solutions Group at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

What we’re looking for:

We’d ideally like someone with some experience in sales and who can learn different technologies very quickly—since we use our own software in-house, the candidate must be comfortable with using software. The ideal candidate for this role must be willing to spend some time on outbound research and leads.

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual who works well with a team and can manage one’s own time efficiently and effectively. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills.


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline;
  • Prefer one year of experience in sales or lead generation activities (equivalencies will be considered);
  • Must have driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

Desired Attributes:

  • Prior sales experience in selling technology business applications is an asset;
  • Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an asset;

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary for this role is $39,000 – $43,000 ($20-$22 / hour @ 7.5 hours per day)
  • Full-time employees receive health benefits after a three-month probation period.
  • Two weeks vacation to start
